We ship packages using FedEx international- which is the fastest way for worldwide delivery❣️

International shipping fee isn’t cheap, but we’ll send your package in the most safe, fastest way. We care your one until you get your own GANGYOUNG pieces.

FedEx can return or discard your package if your address is wrong or they can’t get an answer from the receiver. Please be sure your address and phone number available. All address should be written in English as FedEx system can read English only. We are not liable for the package for the wrong information error.

We start shipping in 1~2 business days once order and payment have confirmed, and you’ll get the packages within minimum 3 days after shipped on.

Don’t use the P.O. box as your address (according to shipping company’s policy)

These are just estimated dates based on usual delivery and please be noted that shipping delays can be occurred by the shipping company’s situation, inevitable accident, or climate.

*China - average 2-3 days but could be postpone because of Chinese entry procedure

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment with tracking number.

exchange/refund 

-Please check and make sure the item/size/shipping information again before the order confirmed. After placing an order, a receipt will be mailed confirming purchase details. If you want to change your shipping address after shipping, extra fees might be applied. 

-SALE items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. (All promotions with sale code included)

- We’ll refund or resend after product checking procedures, It’ll take a few days after being arrived. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed in their original condition in our original package. (all original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup, or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear the fabric.)

-Package must arrive at our office within 30 days of the order date.

- All the returning/exchanging costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

- We do not accept damaged, worn, washed, unpacked, untagged pieces.
If it ain’t in the same condition just like the way we sent it before,
we can SEND IT BACK after you pay the shipping fee of DISPOSE it.
(including when we find any hair, makeup marks, or perfume suspicious/ including it ain’t packed with our poly bag.)

- When you return, If you used a free-shipping code and the rest of the pieces are not enough for the free shipping code, the payment will be returned except as much as the original shipping fee.
