-Please check and make sure the item/size/shipping information again before the order confirmed. After placing an order, a receipt will be mailed confirming purchase details. If you want to change your shipping address after shipping, extra fees might be applied.
-SALE items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. (All promotions with sale code included)
- We’ll refund or resend after product checking procedures, It’ll take a few days after being arrived. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed in their original condition in our original package. (all original tags must still be attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of deodorant, makeup, or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear the fabric.)
-Package must arrive at our office within 30 days of the order date.
- All the returning/exchanging costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We do not accept damaged, worn, washed, unpacked, untagged pieces.
If it ain’t in the same condition just like the way we sent it before,
we can SEND IT BACK after you pay the shipping fee of DISPOSE it.
(including when we find any hair, makeup marks, or perfume suspicious/ including it ain’t packed with our poly bag.)
